Sacchettini con 'Fruti di Mare' (Mixed Seafood)

5 INGREDIENTS | Serves 3-4
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla's Six Cheese Sacchettini
½ lb Shrimp - Peeled and Deveined
6 oz. Diced Lobster Meat**
1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Frozen Peas
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
½ Cup White Wine
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper as needed
 
 

**(Buy pre-cooked Claw & Knuckle or ask your local market to cook and clean one for you)
 
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
  • 1. Heat Carla's Six Cheese Sacchettini according to package instructions.
  • 2. In a sauté pan, cook Garlic in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Shrimp until Shrimp are almost fully cooked.
  • 3. Add White Wine, Peas, Lobster, and Butter. Cook over low to medium heat to warm through and incorporate all ingredients.
  • 4. Add Pasta to Sauce. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • 5. Garnish with Parsley and serve.
