Lobster Ravioli in Tomato and Tarragon Pasta with Tomato Tarragon Butter Sauce

The Cucina di Carla Story
 
1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla's Lobster Ravioli
2 Sprigs Fresh Tarragon, Chopped
1 tsp. Tomato Paste
3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
 
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
  • 1. Cook Carla's Lobster Ravioli according to package instructions.
  • 2. Melt Butter over medium-high heat in sauté pan.
  • 3. Add Tarragon and let infuse with Butter.
  • 4. Stir in Tomato Paste and heat until Butter reduces slightly.
  • 5. Add Ravioli to Sauce and toss together, serve.
