Shrimp Scampi Ravioli with Black Pepper-Parsley Pasta with Lemon 'Buerre-Blanc' Sauce

The Cucina di Carla Story
 
1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla's Shrimp Scampi Ravioli
¾ Stick Unsalted Butter
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
⅛ Cup White Wine
½ Lemon, Juiced
1 Pinch Crushed Hot Red Pepper (optional)
 
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
  • 1. Melt Butter in sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add Garlic.
  • 2. Sauté Garlic and cook until slightly golden. Add White Wine and Lemon Juice, then reduce by half to thicken. Add Crushed Pepper.
  • 3. Cook Ravioli according to package instructions.
  • 4. Toss Ravioli in sauté pan to coat with Sauce and serve.
