Carla's Tortellini with Sundried Tomato Pesto Cream Sauce and Italian Sausage

5 INGREDIENTS | Serves 4-6
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
2 x 16 oz. Package Carla's Cheese Tortellini
1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla's Sundried Tomato Pesto (thawed)
2 Cups Heavy Cream
3 Links of Spicy Italian Sausage
Fresh Italian Parsley
 
The Cucina di Carla Story
 
  • 1. Grill Sausage links, then slice into ¼" "coin" slices.
  • 2. In medium sauce pan, heat Pesto and Heavy Cream together.
  • 3. Reduce until slightly thickened. Add Sausage to Sauce.
  • 4. Heat Carla's Cheese Tortellini according to package instructions.
  • 5. Mix Sauce and Tortellini together, garnish with Parsley and serve.
