Carla’s Asian Tortellini ‘Stir Fry’ with Teriyaki and Mixed Vegetables

Serves 4

Instructions

 

1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla’s Cheese Tortellini

1 x 10 oz. Package of Mixed Stir Fry Vegetables (any combination you like)

¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

¾ Cup Teriyaki Sauce (your favorite brand)

Directions

 
  1. Heat Carla’s Cheese Tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In sauté pan, cook Rice Wine Vinegar, Teriyaki Sauce, and Vegetables until sauce has thickened and Vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  3. Add Carla’s Cheese Tortellini to Sauce mixture, toss, then serve.
