Carla’s Tortellini with Sundried Tomato Pesto Cream Sauce and Italian Sausage

Serves 6
The Cucina di Carla Story

Instructions

 

2 x 16 oz. Package Carla’s Cheese Tortellini

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Sundried Tomato Pesto (thawed)

2 Cups Heavy Cream

3 Links of Spicy Italian Sausage

Fresh Italian Parsley

Directions

 
  1. Grill Sausage links, then slice into ¼” “coin” slices.
  2. In medium sauce pan, heat Pesto and Heavy Cream together.
  3. Reduce until slightly thickened. Add Sausage to Sauce.
  4. Heat Carla’s Cheese Tortellini according to package instructions.
  5. Mix Sauce and Tortellini together, garnish with Parsley  and serve.
