Carla’s Tortellini with Brown Butter, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Pancetta and Celery Leaves

Serves 4
The Cucina di Carla Story

Instructions

 

1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla’s Cheese Tortellini

8 oz. White Button Mushrooms, Quartered

8 oz. Oyster Mushrooms, Chopped

3 oz. Pancetta, Diced

1 Cup of Asparagus Tips

2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

¼ Cup White Wine

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Directions

 
  1. Heat Carla’s Cheese Tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. Melt Butter in sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Pancetta to pan, cook until crispy.
  4. Add Mushrooms and Asparagus to pan, sauté until both are cooked through but still slightly crispy.
  5. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  6. Add Tortellini to pan, mix with sauce and serve.
