Carla’s Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli with Summer Vegetable Broth

Serves 4
The Cucina di Carla Story



1 x 16 oz. Package of Carla’s Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli

2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

½ Zucchini Squash, Diced

½ Red Bell Pepper, Diced

½ Cup Vegetable Stock

1 tsp. Corn Starch

2 tsp. Water

Salt and Black Pepper to taste

The Cucina di Carla Story


  1. Cook Carla’s Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. Add Vegetable Stock to sauté pan, cook on medium-high heat.
  3. While Stock is simmering, combine Corn Starch and Water in separate bowl until there are no lumps.
  4. Stir Corn Starch mixture into Stock to thicken.
  5. In a separate sauté pan, melt Butter over medium-high heat. Add Zucchini and Bell Pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  7. When vegetables are ready, add to the Stock.
  8. Add Ravioli to Sauce mixture and toss together, then serve.
