Beef and Mushroom Bruschetta with Crumbled Blue Cheese

Serves 6
The Cucina di Carla Story

Instructions

 

1 Loaf Italian Bread

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ lb. Roast Beef

4 oz. Crumbled Blue Cheese of Choice

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Wild Mushroom Pesto (thawed)

1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley

Directions

 
  1. Slice Bread into ½‘’ thick rounds (should yield about 12-16 pieces).
  2. Toast in oven at 350°F for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Spread Pesto over top of crostini and layer Roast Beef and Crumbled Blue Cheese.
  4. Return Bruschetta to oven for 3-4 minutes to melt Cheese.
  5. Garnish with Parsley and serve.
