Bruschetta with Pesto

Instructions

 

1 Loaf Crispy Italian Bread

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Basil Pesto (thawed)

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Mushroom Pesto (thawed)

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Sundried Tomato Pesto (thawed)

Directions

 
  1. Cut Italian Bread into ½‘’ thick rounds (should yield about 12-16 pieces). Drizzle with Olive Oil and grill or toast in oven 350°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp. of assorted Pestos over bread and serve – or set Pestos out in serving bowls and allow your guests to make their own.
