Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Canapés with Basil Pesto Cream Cheese and Dill

Serves 8

Instructions

 

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Basil Pesto (thawed)

1 x 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese

1 Large Cucumber, Sliced into Coins

8 oz. Smoked Salmon

Directions

 
  1. Combine Carla’s Basil Pesto and Cream Cheese together in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Place about 1 tsp. of Basil Pesto Cream Cheese mixture on top of each Cucumber slice, then a small amount of Smoked Salmon.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of Fresh Dill and serve.
