Mushroom Pesto and Brie Bread Bowl

Serves 6
The Cucina di Carla Story



1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Wild Mushroom Pesto (thawed)

8 oz. Brie Cheese

¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

½ Cup Ricotta Cheese

1 tsp. Italian Parsley

¼ tsp. Black Pepper

1 x 5” Sourdough Bread Bowl

1 Baguette

The Cucina di Carla Story


  1.  Slice off top inch of Bread, then hollow out, leaving 1 inch of Bread around edges.
  2.  Cut Brie into ½” chunks, then combine in bowl with Ricotta and Parmesan Cheeses.
  3.  Mix in Parsley and Black Pepper, then add to Bread Bowl.
  4.  Bake in oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5.  Slice Baguette, then grill and/or bake until lightly toasted and crispy.
