Turkey and Swiss Bruschetta with Carla’s Sundried Tomato Pesto

Serves 4

Instructions

 

1 Loaf Italian Bread

1 x 7 oz. Pouch of Carla’s Sundried Tomato Pesto (thawed)

¼ lb. Sliced pre-cooked Turkey of choice

¼ lb. Sliced Swiss Cheese of choice

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

 
  1. Slice bread into ½‘’ thick rounds (should yield about 12-16 pieces).
  2. Toast in oven at 350°F for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Spread with Carla’s Sundried Tomato Pesto and layer Swiss cheese and Turkey on top.
  4. Return Bruschetta to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and toppings are warm
