Ravioli Margarita

Serves 4
The Cucina di Carla Story




1 (15oz) package Carla’s Shrimp Scampi Ravioli

1 stick (4oz) unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz. fresh shrimp (fully cooked)

4 oz. jumbo lump crab meat (fully cooked)

2 oz. tequila

6 oz. margarita mix

citrus zest and fresh dill for garnish (optional)

The Cucina di Carla Story


  1. Sauté the shrimp with butter in a for 1 minute.
  2. Add tequila, margarita mix, and cream to the pan. Reduce the sauce and set aside.
  3. In a pot, boil the ravioli for 2 minutes and toss with the sauce.
  4. Top with sautéed shrimp and jumbo lump crab meat. Garnish with citrus zest and fresh dill
