Baked Cheddar Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork

Instructions

 

Creamy white cheddar mac and cheese gets baked with tender barbeque pulled pork and shredded Monterey Jack cheese to create a great (simple and quick!) potluck favorite

Ingredients:                          

1 (16 oz Bag) Carla's Mac and Cheese Steam Bag

16 oz Parcooked pulled Barbecue Pork

1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded

2 cups Breadcrumbs

Directions

 
  1. Cook your favorite 16oz prepared pulled pork following its directions.
  2. Cook your Carla’s Mac and Cheese Steam Bag per its directions.
  3. Spread the hot Mac and Cheese in the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Layer the hot pulled pork on top of the Mac and Cheese.
  5. Mix the shredded cheese and the bread crumb.
  6. Cover the surface of the pork in the dish with bread crumbs mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F about 10 minutes or just until the cheese in the crumbs is melted.

Serve hot.
